How credits work

Oldest credits always go first.

You never have to pick a batch. Booking a class draws down whichever credits expire soonest.

    Sort by expiry

    Every batch you have bought is lined up by the date it expires.

    Draw from the earliest

    The class cost comes off the batch closest to expiring.

  3. 03

    Roll into the next

    If that batch runs short mid-booking, the remainder comes from the next one.

Common questions.

How do credits get spent?

Automatically, oldest-expiring batch first. If a class costs 2 credits and your earliest batch only has 1 left, that batch is emptied and the second credit comes from the next one — so nothing expires while a newer batch sits unused.

What happens when credits expire?

Expired credits leave the balance on their expiry date. You will see a reminder in the app and by email seven days before, and the balance page always shows exactly which batch goes when.

Can I share a package?

The Shared Family package lets you invite up to three people. Everyone books from the same pool, and any of them can top up with their own credits alongside it.

Can I pause a recurring package?

Yes — a subscription can be paused once per billing cycle from your account. Credits already issued keep their original expiry.
