Brutal in the best way

Rachel programs the conditioning nobody enjoys and everybody needs. Forty-five minutes and I could not speak at the end of it. Signed up for the next block before I had finished catching my breath.

Danish stopped the whole room to reset one person's hinge and nobody minded, because everybody learned something. That is the difference between a class and a workout. I have been coming three times a week since March and my back has never felt better.
